To anyone who is not advertising on or working with MyRentComps.com, you are missing a great marketing opportunity. You are also missing a chance to build a relationship not only with a great group of people that are very professional and highly recognized in the apartment industry, but also missing great relationship building opportunities with properties and property management companies. I have to say I really did not know much about them and what they were about when we started advertising with them. One of the benefits we like is that we get a monthly report of who clicks and goes on our website when the property sees our advertising while updating their online market survey. The website is also an awesome tool to target areas and get information for sales and marketing. I was very surprised to find out how much it helps me to get an abundance of information at my fingertips. The biggest opportunity is that they have training meetings for the properties and management companies that they have us speak and sponsor lunch. It gives us the opportunity to get that one on one time and a face to face meeting. That is invaluable. I have personally gotten sales contracts from these training classes. In fact more than that, those relationships are growing into even more and larger contracts. I can not say enough about MyRentComps.com. They are continuing to grow and reach more and more properties and management companies. I will do everything I can with Ameriscape’s partnership to be involved in the growth and energy that MyRentComps.com is building.
